Your holiday decorations have been beautiful all season love but when its time to taking down wow they can become in ugliness just like this. But it doesn’t have to be; I’m going to show you four quick and easy sets for getting everything organize then pack away. The key here is keeping everything mobile. So the first step is to create mobile holiday storage in it, now what I use is a trunk with wheels and what we are going to do is keep everything separated inside of the trunk with the little technique that I like to call layer cake. And we’re going to start with the heaviest of the bottom which is this mat, after putting each layer and what you are going to do is make a little extra separation it just need to be a piece of fabric that you can cut to be a little bit bigger than the trunk and you can label the side and then you can easily see and find what’s in the trunk. Our next layer is signs, if your sign has any kind of details or hooks keep it on the top in facing up so that’s it’s not getting all the unnecessary pressure on it they could possibly flatten or damage it. The next step is garland, take the garland and slowly curl it into itself. Our final layer is night lights, night lights can be folded so there are flat easy parts of our layer cake. The saver looking for garlands at accessible right there without disturbing the top layers and so much easier to do this than it is to try to dig a few things in the trunk. And the best part of our mobile storage in it is this compact and easy to roll. Next we are going to move on to string lights, now what I love to use for storing the string lights is the garden host wrap. It’s doesn’t look like much but it’s going to save you a ton of time in it’s so simple to use. So instead of mailing and my garden has rock into the wall we’re going to hang on the hook and now that’s what makes it portable and again affordability is the key for our decoration. The lot down a little to go, our next step is yard art, I like to use a nice dirty box, it can be canvass it can be wood as long as it has wheels. Your inflammables can go in this words with everything else but you want to keep them separated on your own campus bag you keep them tearing and getting dirty. I’ve packed of everything of the wreaths and this is only my second trip to the garage, I think we’re really on the rule. First wreath bags are made specifically for wreath and they fit them perfectly so take your standard wreath, slide it right into the bag. And the second type of wreath we are going to store is a fragile or highly breakable wreath. It’s really important to put this into acid free box, in that way no matter what happens you know it’s nice an protected. A few short trips to the garage and we are all done and the key is mobility and with that happy holidays and I am getting inside where it’s warm.
