Host: We’re outside of Nashville in the countryside of Tennessee building an outdoor kitchen with country singer Trace Atkins. We’re starting to work on our fireplace kit. So, this is our base.
Trace: This is the base, the fire box.
Host: Now, we’re going to flip it over and get that back.
Trace: Now, we want to hang this over about finger width, finger length over the back just like that.
Host: Now, we just continue putting the pieces of the kit together like a puzzle.
Trace, I think this is in your blood man.
Trace: Step back, I want to kiss myself.
Host: Trace, you got it?
Host: And next to the fireplace, we’ve added a storage unit for one.
Alright Trace, I think that’s it man, so do your thing.
Host: You did that pretty good man. You can't keep a straight face to that lawn.
Male: I think that’s the most resting place that we can ever find.
Host: But is it the right look?
Trace: This is something you’ve had for a long time. Alright that’s perfect, that’s pretty, I like that. I've got my game on.
Host: And while we set, Trace digs a mortar out from the fireplace joints.
Trace: I'll dig and dig over here. If Brandon doesn’t notice that I dug all the booger out of this, I'm a big man.
Host: With our patio done, plantings added and the soaps done counter tops in and oil to bring out their finish, we are ready to start bringing in the furniture. Like a 12-person dinning room table, lounging furniture, and accents. We’ve even got a boat that Trace used as a kid. It’s been three days and Ronda’s back.
Trace: How far are we going to go?
Host: The question is what will she think when she sees the design.
Ronda: Oh my gosh. I see this out door kitchen as a place that my children will remember years to come.
