Host: We all have our favorite places to go. But when it comes in nail polished, there is one way to go and that’s Essie. Our savvy shopper, Jenn Falik talks with the nail polished go, grow about the latest trends and hottest shades at bliss in New York City.

Jenn Flik: In recent seasons, nail polished has become in attic accessory on pearl with the purse. So I’m here with the ultimate nail color authority, Essie Weingarten, to get the scope on all the trends you need for the following holiday season. So Essie, thank you so much for joining me today.

Essie Weingarten: Thank you for helping me, Jenn. I’m very excited to be here at bliss with Jenn. Well, it could be more exciting.

Jenn Flik: I know. And right about all these colors are incredibly exciting and touched me. What’s going on with this green?

Essi Weingarten: It is hotter than you can imagine. Everyone has in blasted. It’s mint, candy apple, and it’s launching on November 1st. This whole collection is about sweetness that we have a new brand which is lollipop.

Jenn Flik: Okay.

Essie Weingarten: And we have a new pink which is rough candy. However, mint, candy apple is everyone’s favorite. It goes with everything. You could be wearing a basic black dress, and you have a mint, candy apple and your attic accessory is re-nailed because everyone gravitates so that they want to know what are you wearing? Where did you get it? I just came back from the West Coast an hour it sales rapt was wearing attic no less terms. It wasn’t a custom that didn’t stop on a store. It was amazing.

Jenn Flik: It’s nice you can make a stamen with your nail polished to their conversation fees.

Essie Weingarten: Absolutely, you don’t have to go out and but a homemade water.

Jenn Flik: As varied so.

Essie Weingarten: You know the attic accessory of last year being the handbag or the shoe is now vanilla.

Jenn Flik: It’s so nice to see something lighter as supposed to all the black that we saw last season, seeing those black, dark nails, seeing something a little bit brighter. And what’s going on over here? I love this gray.

Do you think that— I know there’s a big trend between that nails right now. So when it comes to gray, do you think it’s better for something with that sure finish. You go for something a little more mat, how do you just add?

Essie Weingarten: I have so much fun with it. You take eye bit chin chili or mink nuts and you’d get a bottle of not about you which is our mat finisher. So what you do is you have two different textures on one nail because it’s all about texture. It’s all that navy, wonderful roll of the falling winter.

Jenn Flik: And warming cuddly.

Essie Weingarten: Absolutely. So you cut over the color, and you either have a very shiny, free edge and moon, and the basic nail mat or -. You have two different textures at once. It is awesome. And if you get tired of that trend, all you have to do is take a bottle of Good to Go to Top Lift, put it right over it and it’s shiny again.

Jenn Flik: Oh, because it’s magic. That’s so convenient. That’s great. Option is all that options.

Essie Weingarten: Absolutely, and fold was so terrific because we had the different options with the great polished because you know, it’s black and white all over. And then I simply need some shock attack.

Jenn Flik: And we’ve got it.

Essie Weingarten: And we went with the pink poker and the bright tight. So you have that neon pink and you have orange.

Jenn Flik: Kind of all as proven there.

Essie Weingarten: And then, we did the midnight cami which is a navy blue, which is a statement in itself.

Jenn Flik: I love the navy blue. These are all such a beautiful colors and we’re going to give away. I have that when my toes actually right.
