Hi, everyone so today we’re going to do our Montreal Steak Spice which as it sounds is great barbecued and grilled steak and making spice rubs at home is a great way to save a little bit of money but more than that it’s about making it your own. So here we go, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, salt, ground coriander, mustard seed, dried onion, dill seed, and red pepper flakes.
Just dumped them all into a sealable container, give it a shake and you're good to go. Now what I would suggest is make a small amount of it, play with the flavor, find what you like and then you can make enough that you make it the beginning of the season, keep in the seal container in your cupboard and it will last you all grilling season. Thanks for stopping by hope to see you again soon.
