old when he died from heart problems in June. But he was reclusive and rarely interacted with neighbors. His body was not found until one month after his death.
After Samaszko's house was about to be put up for sale, the realtor and a neighbor went through the house to look at some of Samaszko's belongings.
That's when they struck gold.
