Male: This drink is called a Miami Beach ice tea. It is a variation of the original long island ice tea. We are going to take our mixing cup here and we are going to use a number of our clear liquors in our speed rack so we are going to use a half ounce of vodka, half ounce of gin, half ounce of light rum, half ounce of tequila. Strong drink yes? Half ounce of peach knob so we are given a little peach flavor in there. We are going to use just a splash of our sour mix, not too much. A little dash of our cranberry juice. There we go. Not too much again. Wow, we got a lot of ingredients in there so we want to mix them up thoroughly so before we start mixing them up, we want to ice up our glass. What goes on here, let us mix it up, let us shake it up a lot.
All right, okay, let us drain it in here without the ice. Here we go. Now we just got a little more of to do, we are going to give a little splash of our 7 Up, our little lemon lime soda, just like so. We are going to take a lemon wedge and put it right on there, let us put a couple of long straws so we can sip it. There we have it, our Miami or Miami Beach ice tea.
