Man Turns Nerf Gun Into 20,000-Volt Tesla Gun

instructions on his website for others to build it, too. Rob Flickenger says it's based on the weapon in the graphic novel The Five Fists of Science. Patrick Jones has more on Flickenger's creation, which looks like it's straight out of the movie "Independence Day."
