Image Source: KSNV BY MEENAKSHI DALAL Anchor By Jasmine Bailey Police are now searching for 26-year-old Ammar Harris, in connection with a deadly Las Vegas Strip shooting and car crash on February 21. Via WTVD : “Officials say he's the one who fired into a maserati on thursday from a range rover...after the shooting, the driver of the maserati, a rapper named Kenneth Cherry, hit a cab, which burst into flames. Cherry, the cab driver and his passenger all died.” The SUV from which Harris allegedly fired was found in a nearby apartment complex Saturday.  The vehicle has been impounded as evidence. While the police have the car involved in the shooting, they still don’t have their number one suspect. Harris is considered at large and officials say he could be armed and dangerous. He has a heart-shaped tattoo underneath his right eye and an owl tattoo on his neck.  Harris is 5”11 and weighs 180 pounds, and according to the Las Vegas Review Journal , he has a history of violence: “[His] extensive criminal history includes arrests on charges of sexual assault, robbery, kidnapping, coercion with a deadly weapon and pandering with force, a charge often associated with prostitution, according to Clark County court documents.” Police say Harris hasn’t shown up for scheduled court appearances in the past.  The manhunt is ongoing.
