Today, we're talking all about how to eat more than you think and lose weight. Now, we're going to be talking about breakfast, the most important meal of the day.
Speaker: Why is breakfast the most important meal of the day?
Elizabeth Rahavi: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because generally, you've been sleeping between somewhere between 6 and 10 hours on average every night. And when you get up you really need to be replenish and refuel your body, so that you have all of the fuel that you need in order to take on the world that day.
