Hi, my name is David Byrd, bartender at Charlie’s Bar in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm going to show you to make a Long Island iced tea. You start with a chimney glass, fill it with ice. You add a half shot each of vodka and gin. Half shot each of tequila and rum, half shot of triple sec which is an orange-flavored liqueur. It sweetens it up a little bit, sweet and sour, and a splash of coke. That is a Long Island. There are a couple of variations on this drink, same ingredients but instead of a splash of coke, you have a splash of cranberry with a lime garnish, that's a long beach. And the third one is spill a splash of coke or cranberry, you have la curacao and a cherry garnish, you have an adios. Splash of coke, splash of cranberry, splash la curacao, Long Island iced tea, long beach and an adios. Enjoy!
