Light and Airy Bathroom Makeover
Save my Bathroom
Krista: Wow this bathroom turned out great and you know I can finally say it’s time to close the door on this renovation bye.
Bryn: I love our new bathroom.
Josh: This is amazing.
Bryn: Isn’t it the best first thing you see when you come in that window you look right outside it makes the room look so much bigger it looks like it should have always have been there.
Josh: Absolutely perfect to transform the inside of the house to the outside. The colors of the room are unbelievable. They’re so warm and yet so rich this reds are just pop off the wall and mixed up with this oil rub bronze it’s just its perfect.
Bryn: Krista did such an amazing job to make it all match together with the rest of our house. Do you miss the carpet?
Bryn: I don’t miss the carpet at all. The tile work is so intricate so amazing.
Josh: Yeah they did a great job on it and the same thing goes right into the shower.
Bryn: This is my absolute favorite part of the whole bathroom, I mean it has everything in it from the leaves in the background a crack of glass that just makes it looks so interesting. This is a masterpiece and to have that in the shower I’m never going to get out of this anymore.
Josh: Oh yeah.
Bryn: I’ll be sitting just mesmerized.
Josh: Look at this we have a woman closet.
Bryn: Towels in the bathroom.
Josh: Towels in the bathroom, we’ve never had that before.
Bryn: Oh that’s so nice towels too. So soft and the color.
Josh: Perfect. You can utilize space any better than this.
Bryn: What do you think about these?
Josh: They’d turn out awesome.
Bryn: Aren’t they nice.
Josh: They really just agree with decorations in space.
Bryn: Yeah. Quite proud of my little soap making here with Krysta.
Josh: You did a great job.
Bryn: And of course we have doors.
Josh: Yes, doors.
Bryn: The most amazing thing about a bathroom.
Josh: You can actually close them.
Bryn: We can close them, we have privacy good-bye.
Krista: We decided to go with the double doors because that space was so large and instead of closing it in it’s so much cooler to put in some double doors and think they look amazing.
Bryn: This renovation of the bathroom has inspired us.
Krista: The bathroom no more making this beautiful bathroom it’s own space cost us about $22,000 the rate of return on this renovation will be as much as 90% which may increase the resell value of this home by about $19,800.
The overall design was to bring the sunshine in, to create an environment for nature lovers. I think we were able to really hit home with that idea and run with it.
