Learn how to Make Tzatziki Sauce for a Romantic Dinner Hello, my name is Javier Quiroga with “To Your Taste Catering”. Today, we’re showing you how to make a romantic dinner for two. Right now, we are in the process of making the sauce for the main course which is a Baby Lamb Chops on the bed of sweet potato puree with the Tzatziki sauce on top, okay. I’m going to show how to make the sauce right now. The ingredients you’re going to be using for this are going to be a little garlic, then we’re going to be using a little bit of yogurt and then English Cucumber. We’re also going to be using salt and pepper to taste. What I’m doing here is a mixture to before the coffee filter. It gives the cheesecloth works much better. As you can see, the yogurt does all this way that comes off. It wouldn't make for a good sauce. So what we’re going to do here, we’re going to spoon little bit on top here and you can do this the day before, just let it sit there, just like that and all the way it is going to sip through right at the bottom of this thing here. You’re going to need an English cucumber. Okay, you can use a regular cucumbers but I rather use English cucumbers because I don't have to take the seeds out or anything like that so it is already taken care of. You’re going to just peel this. Completely, I will take all the skin off. Just take the ends off and then what you want to do, you can use whatever side you want to add a little corca, you might want to use this one and you will might want to use this, very romantic. I want to do the finer one, okay. Grate it like that. This one also has a lot of liquid in it. Okay, so what you might want to do just before you put it in your bowl, okay, you might want to squeeze it out because you want this sauce to be a little bit thick. You don't want to be too thin. So here you go. Here is your cucumber. This has been already grated there. In the mean time, you also want to put probably about a teaspoon that worth of garlic in there and your yogurt in here. See all this that comes out, that's all the bad stuff. You don't want any of that stuff. So if you do it overnight this will definitely be great. See how much came on in the little time we’re doing that. So we’ve got the yogurts just put it right it in there. Put a little bit of pinch of salt, little bit of pepper and then you’re going to whisk this together. Just like that. See how they came together. It is ready to go. I’m just done. So there is your sauce and now I’m ready to plate the main dish, the best part of the whole thing.
