Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody I'm Melanie Raposo and welcome to the pregnancy show, its always a good idea to take a CPR class, but especially if you have little ones running around in home, infant and toddlers CPR techniques are different than adult CPR techniques, so its important to seek out the right CPR classes and CD CPR in Toronto, is just the place to go.

Maureen Mcllveen: where we run a wide variety of training, for everyone from students to new parent classes and their interest is often is very specifically in the kind of what we've been doing today. We've trained health care professionals, were company that is existed in Toronto for over 20 years now, and we do represent a number of major national training agencies, we only train through nationally recognized organizations so the cards that we issue again are that widely recognized. And our training is supposed to proved, through those agencies under WSIB, for Workers Safety Insurance Board.

Maureen Mcllveen: Right, all our course fees will include text books and the other materials a card of conclusion. And people should know, to that any card from this training, is recognition, of the fact that the person took the training on a specific date. The card is not a licence to perform for a state or CPR because there is really no such thing.

Melanie Raposo: Now is that ever not expired but did you kind of every year when we take the class again.

Maureen Mcllveen: Always advisable, right, and certainly some people could do it for work place to school requirements might be required to refresh, or refresh more frequently, depending on the level of your training that you take could be anything from a CPR card which perhaps should be refreshed within one year, up to first day training which often can be done or redone, after 3 years.

Melanie Reposa: okay.

Maureen Mcllveen: Right. And again if some one has prior training, some times they refresh a force can be a little shorter than the original one, but they should come in, with some knowledge of this skills, if they really don't feel sure, what the cards gone to passes expiry date, usually they should be taking the full course again. And as we say to people most people unless they are in a branch of health care they does this all the time, if not something, we use everyday and we are glad not to.

Melanie Reposa: Exactly.
