Everyone knows Piccaso’s name, he’s like the Michael Jackson of art, except, he actually touches chicks. No wonder he was a hit with the ladies. You walk in to any museum around the world, and you find out that Piccaso is hung where it counts. But his work is exquisite, let’s take a look. Here is Le Reve, or the dream, for those of you who don’t speak French. This painting is full of sexual imagery, phallus like shapes compose the woman’s face, her hands slowly delving downward, personally, I don’t see it. I think I see a breast, but that’s rich. Piccaso painted the dream as a portrait of one of his mistresses, Marie Terese, a beautiful girl who hang herself after he died. See you next time on Art Lust.
