All you need is a regular pack of cards everyone have at home

Hey I am back again. Phantasma magic, I told you I was going to, I told you I was going to show you a card trick and I will. Now, I would not expect anybody to do something like this or something like this because well, it does take a bit of practice and if you want to do some practice, you can actually do it. What you are going to do is something like this and you might not have when it home, so what you can do is if you want to get down on the floor, on a carpeted floor, believe it or not, you can actually spread a card – deck of cards like that which kind of looks neat.
But that is not what I am going to show you, I am going to show you something that you could do at home with in all type of cards. My grandfather gave me these cards, it must be about 100 years old and the trick is cool. Steve, come on over here please, hey, I have a pack of cards here, would you just select anyone, anyone you would like.
Do not show it to me, show it to the camera, very important, very good. Steve, I would like you to put that card anywhere in the pack – wonderful and I would just like to show you in the camera that there is absolutely no cuts, breaks, any kind of separations. If I put the pack behind my hand, just like that, and do a little bit of magic and what I mean magic is snap my fingers, watch. I understood you put a card in there, look.
There is one card faced up, would that be your card Steve?
(Steve: Certainly yes)
That is a miracle. Would you like to learn how to do it? Here we go.
You have to promise me you cannot tell anybody, this is a regular pack of cards that you get in any, Dwayne reed see(Ph), wherever. At any drugstore, what you do before the trick while nobody is looking and please, do not tell anybody.
You take a card, you place it on the bottom of the pack just like that and unnoticed by the audience of course, and you can take your cards out of your box or out of your rubber bend whatever and you find somebody and you say, please pick a card. Now, of course they have a free selection and be notice(ph) to them, there is a card over here, we do not want to let them know about that.
So they are going to take that card, they are going to look at that card, now while they are looking at that card, you are going to secretly turn the card over the pack over in your hand. People will not see that if they are paying attention to the card and then you are going to instruct the person to put the card anywhere in the pack, now what you are doing you will see, is they were putting their card into an already faced up pack which is pretty, pretty deceptive when you think about it. They push it inside, they push it inside for all they know the card is just been placed anywhere in the pack and then you can show all the way are in the pack.
Here is a cool part. You put it behind your back and when you put it behind your back, I am going to let you see what it looks like, you put it behind your back. You actually flip it over like that and that is all you have to do. And when you go through the cards again, that card will actually appear to be faced up. Try this at home, it is really easy, you will fool them.
