Justin Bieber is set to spend a fortune on a Hollywood Hills home that has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and one Ashton Kutcher.
That’s right, Ashton Kutcher is currently renting the home for $50,000 and Bieber can’t move in until Ashton moves out.
The 9,400 square foot house was originally listed for $12.5 million, but in June, it was reduced to $10.8 million. Justin Bieber is reportedly in talks to purchase the home.
It looks over Lake Hollywood, and many of the home’s walls are full floor-to-ceiling glass. There’s also a gorgeous infinity pool complete with an outdoor cabana area, a private movie theater, bar, gym and elevator.
The home will undoubtedly serve as a love nest for the Biebs and Selena Gomez. The two were attached at the hip at his 18th birthday party this weekend and friends say they are very much in love.
