I want to show you a little technique that I called Asian Relaxation Massage. It is a very powerful and it is very simple to do.
First of all, you have to imagine a line that is drawn from the pubic bone all the way up to the lower lip and you try to energize this line which is the main yin meridians, restarting from the pubic bone going around the navel, going all the way up to the lower lip.
Then you stand on the right side of the person.
Take the right hand of that person with your right hand and then use the left hand to activate the yin channels or yin meridians on the right hand side. It is basically go from the sole of the foot up towards the inside of the leg, the belly area then, on the inside of the breast on to the shoulder and down the inside of the arm.
Basically you can then repeat that same thing on the other side. Try to have a good flow in your stroke.
Imagine that you want to pull energy through the meridian.
It is easy to remember that you want to do everything that is on the inside of the leg, then the belly area and the chest and then everything on the inside of the arm and the palms.
