Billy Parisi: Thanks for checking out FixMyRecipe.com, chef Billy Parisi, our new fix goes to Adam of Houston, Texas. Got a lot of trouble making some stuffed mushrooms, he needs some serious help. Don’t worry Adam, we got to cover right here.
Adam, you said you wanted to use big mushrooms and big huge hardy flavors when we got to cover and what we are going to is saute off some garlic, onions and mix bell peppers. Adam, while our peppers and onions are sauteing, we are going to cook off our Italian sausage. Right Adam, while everything is sautéing, we are going to take the stem off and remove the gills from our portobello mushrooms.
Adam, to enhance the flavor of our stuffed mushrooms, we got to add Madeira to both pans. Now we are simply going to add it to our processor. Right Adam, our Italian sausage and peppers are in our food processor.
Now for little stability, we are going to add in some panko bread crumbs and flavor, parmesan cheese, basil and a little bit of parsley. All right, let’s transfer our stuffing to a bowl, add in a few eggs, fold them in, rub olive oil down on our mushrooms, stuff them, simply bake them. And for little more golden brown on the top, let’s add a little bit of bread crumbs and definitely a little more parmesan cheese, all right, into the oven on 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Oh my God! Mr. Adam, thank you for writing this in, this looks amazing. Adam, if these turned out absolutely perfect, try easy Italian sausage, the bell peppers and don’t forget that parmesan cheese so good. Oh Adam, your friends down in Texas are going to absolutely love these stuffed mushrooms, they are unbelievable.
Thanks for writing in, come back tomorrow, see our new feature fix of the day.
