Hey, it’s Irene. I’m here today because I want to do a review on an ionic treatment. This one here is IHS rescue Ionic Rescue Pro- Treatment.

According to the first couple step which is I washed with ionic shampoo, just like another shampoo, lather rinse repeat if necessary. And the second step which is to apply this to your hair once it has been towel dried and then to blow dry 50%. My hair looks still pretty wet but that’s because of the treatment that’s in it, sticky and oily feeling.

Anyway, so now the next step is to apply it again and go over it with a hair straightener which is set at 220. So, I've got that. The hair straightener is supposed to seal in the moisture. Now because this is the first time I’m using it. If it make sense or mess up, I apologize now but I’m doing this the first time and I want to do it on video so we could see the results at the same time.

So the third step is taking sections of your hair and re-applying the treatment which has little crystals in it that you can see. So, concentrate on the ends. Now I’m not going to lie. I’m a little nervous but going over my hair with this stuff in it with my hair straightener. But they just won’t recommended it if it wasn’t safe right? So I’m just going to rinse my hand off. So, here’s what’s yours if you slip on one hand.

So 220 which is the recommended setting. You need to clamp it at the root. Oh. I’m sorry it’s making a sizzling noise. Now you’re supposed to go over until the crystals are dissolved. It’s just kinda hard to tell that my hair because it’s dark. It looks like they’re dissolved so look on the next sections until I’ve completed all my hair. And then I’m going to rinse it out, blow dry it and come back and show you the results.

So I’ve completed the last step and the results are actually pretty impressive. My hair is extremely soft. I’ve blow dried it and actually not that I ever recommend not using the heat protectant or styling— heat protectant styling aid. I do use one normally for frizz and that shined but I skipped it just because I wanted to see the actual results of the ionic treatment.

And I have to say I’m pretty impressed because normally I would not go out with out using a flat iron because I do get frizz and all those little flyaways and stuff but my hair actually looks pretty good considering I just blow dried it. And I still got volume and everything. A lot deep conditioning treatments and stuff like that that I’ve tried with my hair down but not this one.

I’m actually really impressed and I will definitely continue to use it. The results last for six weeks and it’s recommended for all hair types. So if you know you over processed color perm what not, use heat styling tools on a regular basis.

I definitely recommend trying on IHS ionic rescue treatment. It gives good results. It gets so good to my hair because it’s so soft. All right, thanks for watching.
