Hi there, somewhere in this mess is a white paper I wanted to show you. It describes Acrobat 8 in terms of the five C’s that Adobe uses to market its flagship product but of course, I cannot find it. I do remember that they were create, combine, collect, collaborate and control. My name is Tim Plumber, Jr. and in this training series, I will show you how you can use Acrobat and those five C’s to streamline the way you work with your documents.
First, I will demonstrate how you can create the exact right type of PDF file for your needs from anything, a webpage, a piece of paper, an electronic file anything. Then I will show you how to combine your PDF files together into a single effective dynamic document. While I am at it, I will even demonstrate how you can add other files to the mix because not everything needs to be a PDF. And if you are like me you had better get some feedback on your work before you submit it.
Luckily, Acrobat has many, many tools to help you collaborate with others. And finally when all is said and done, I will show you how to secure your work to keep it confidential and unaltered. So let us get started with an overview of Acrobat.
