The email for Leticia. My gravy always tastes like flour and salt. Not a good idea. So I just bought a jarred gravy. We can do better than that Leticia. So easy. I’ll show you how to do it. I've sautéed 2 chopped onions in turkey drippings. When they're nicely caramelized, I add a 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, and cook it just to get rid of that raw flour taste, it’s about 3 minutes. And I add hot chicken stock, 2 cups. Tablespoon of cognac and cook the gravy just until it thickens.
