Crystal Dwyer: Hypnosis can be a very powerful therapy for women trying to lose weight but first let's start of talking about what hypnosis is or hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy is actually hypnosis used therapeutically to address a specific issue. Hypnosis is just a deliberately induced Trans state and some people have little afraid of hypnosis, they think you know they hypnotherapist can absolutely have some kind of power over them there is no way anybody can have any power over of you.

Hypnosis is a natural state that we go through several times a day in coming out of sleep and going into sleep. All it is a state where our brainwave is slowdown in a fully conscious state where innoveda brainwave state, so when we induce hypnosis we just introduced our lack state which were drop us to an alpha state and any deeper than that, which would be actually sleep would be beta or delta and we really tried to avoid that its, hypnosis is not sleep and its just deliberately induced trans state to sort of disarm the conscious mind and get all of that those thoughts those in sense thoughts kind of out of the way so that we can utilize the power of the subconscious, which is anthemly powerful and has a much larger storage and capacity. Now as far as weight lose, hypnosis can be very powerful for weight lose and for most women weight lose is somewhat like a rollercoaster is going to most of their lives going up and down kind of trying diets, fats, chemics but they end up sloping back into their patterns and the reason is so back into the pattern is because those patterns were never addressed in the first place.

To have a shift and weight permanently you have to have a shift and consciousness first. Most people most women especially loose their weight but they are still carrying all of the same belief patterns, all of those habits and tendencies they just sort of hide and way for a while and that's why for the most part women are not permanently successful in their weight loss.
