He said the new problems were linked to a respiratory infection diagnosed during treatment for cancer in Cuba. SOUNDBITE: VENEZUELAN VICE PRESIDENT NICOLAS MADURO SAYING (Spanish): "Nineteen days after undergoing surgery President Chavez's state of health continues to be delicate with complications that are being attended to in a process that is not without risks." Chavez, seen here during his 2012 election campaign, is undergoing treatment for an unspecified cancer in the pelvic area. The 58-year-old leader hasn't been seen in public nor heard from in three weeks. Vice-President Nicolas Maduro says he'll be staying in Havana while his boss's condition evolves.
