Hi everyone. And today, I’m going to show you how to wash your hair extensions. So, off to the sink we go.
Okay. So first, you’re going to start of by running lukewarm water. And now, having to look for more stuff, I’m just going to have some conditioner. I’m using this Daily Care Conditioner. I’m just going to a little bit on that. And I’ll mix it around. I’m just using one of my hair extensions today just to kind of show you it doesn’t take too long. And so then place that in. And then leave that to soaked for about five minutes.
Okay. Once that’s soaked, you want to get on your shampoo. And I will brought this to the hair gently. I’m just going to squeeze it and actually bluff the hair up, just let me squeeze that. Okay. Once you’ve done that, you want to run the lukewarm water again and just rinse thoroughly.
Okay. And once you’ve done that, you’re just going to squeeze out the excess water. And then you want to get your conditioner and then run it gently through the hair and right down to the bottom. Finally, rinse the hair with lukewarm water again.
Okay. Now, you want to add hair treatment almost. I’m using this whole natural moisture daily treatment and these hydrates and revise which is just what you need for your hair extensions especially if you’ve been using hot oils and then a lot or lots of that. Put a small amount and then run this gently through the hair. And I’ll leave that on for about 10 minutes. You can go away and come back.
Okay and I want you to let that for about 10 minutes. You just want to rinse it off. And once they’re thoroughly rinsed, then you want to just squeeze up the excess water. And now, you want to brush the hair. You want to do this really gently. I guess it’s wet. So, just really gently brush through. Now, this is what I would spray in a heat protect spray in them and because we want to have this damp hair. So, you just want to straighten it and then brush it through again.
And then you always leave your hair extensions to dry naturally. It will just prolong their life by not always using the hair dryer. So, just leave them on the towel like that. Leave them dry all night and then at the next day they should be dry.
Now, I hope that helped a lot. And I hope you know now how to wash your hair extensions. Thank you so much for watching.
