Push back the cuticles. With 180 grit file, remove all from nails and shape the free edge. Make sure that nails are free of dust.
Apply the first coat of one phase gel. Start at the cuticle and stroke down like polish. Reapply more at the stress point for proper strength and shape. Add more gel to smoothen free edge. Make sure no gel is touching the skin. If it is, clean it off with an orange wood stick. Cure the gel for three minutes, do not remove tacky layer. Apply the second coat at one phase gel. Concentrate on the stress point. Cure the gel for three minutes.
Now you can apply color gel. Apply it just like polish. Cure the gel for one minute. Apply a second coat of color gel for best results. Cure the gel for one minute. Clean the nails with a lint free nail wipe.
Apply cuticle oil and your nails are done. Thank you for watching.
