In this video tutorial we’ll show you how to use the Facebook application on your LG GW520. Press the unlock button on the side of the handset twice to unlock your touch screen, hold alternately. Press and hold that unlock icon on the bottom left of your screen. Press the settings code in the lower right of your screen to access your widget bar. You can swap your finger from left to right to scroll through. Once you found the phase of application simply drag that out onto your home screen.

Press the settings cover again to hide your widget bar. Now tap the Facebook application it will load the Java updates and asked if you like to be connected to the internet. Please select yes. Turn the handset into landscape mode and slide your screen out to reveal your full QWERTY keyboard.

Now tap the email address field to type in your email address. Use the keyboard to type your email address, to add a dock please come and find to the lower left of the keyboard just as shown in the video. So at the @ symbol press the singles key, also found in the lower left and then press the @ key. Once complete press Okay. Now, type the password field. You can alter between caps and other modes by tapping this on screen symbol. You can zoom in to the page by simply pressing the magnifying glasses sliding your finger across the slider. When you are ready select to log in. Your phone will ask whether or not to save the password select no if you don’t want any prying eyes to look in without your permission.

You will now log-in to Facebook you can check your friend status messages and notifications. You can flick and scroll and see who have birthdays and events that coming up. Through the Facebook application you can quickly update your status, check and apply to emails. The GW520 has full QWERTY keyboard which makes it simple and easy to type messages really quickly. You’ll find your keyboard very well spaced so if you have larger finger, typing is still very easy. Well shift key is coming from the lower left of the keyboard.

We can now type in email so referring John. Make sure that within seconds we have just sent our email. From the widget bat you can access all kinds of applications including the Facebook application. You can also drag and drop a status bar which informs you about missed calls and messages. You can also have quick access to your music bar too. This is your multitasking key which allows you to access your quick favorite functions on the main menu.
