Now we have white bread and wheat bread, everybody ask me what is the difference? Well the differences that this one has fiber and more fiber on it and this one has less fiber in it but both of them ultimately have the starch which causes amount of have it in body because it can creates inflammation, inflammation, chronic inflammation promotes heart disease, high cholesterol, obesity, arthritis and these are all the things that you will get from inflammation. And starches cause this so in my opinion neither this are healthy for you but both of them have something different this one has more fiber and this one has fiber but both of them cause the same on habit. So my suggestion to you is I think about twice of you for you eating bread as a good alternative to bread would fruit, fruit doesn’t cause any inflammation and it has nothing but great ingredients for you, great vitamins, great fiber and on top of it don’t have any starches which in turn doesn’t cause any inflammation which promotes good health and worse than anything this thus promote body fat. It will put body fat on you so it’s crucial to remember if you are trying to loss body fat do not eat breads more than anything but it does the only thing you are trying to do is to loss body fat and avoid the breads whether it’s a white bread or a wheat bread the differences that this one has a little bit more fiber and this one doesn’t other than that they are pretty much identical so keep in my, stay away from the bread get whole on that on fruits.
