On behalf of tvlesson.com, this is Lizbeth Muller from Liz’s Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida. Let’s talk a little bit about hair loss. In the last few years that I’ve been doing hair, I’ve noticed that women have been, having a lot of thinness in their hair. It’s been a lot of problems that we see the hair lines and the hair has been thinning out. I find it of course there’s a lot of things contributing to this, lack of hair care is one of them, I think dye is another thing that we need to look up and when you’re looking at your hair and you’re watching it get thinner and thinner, you have to see this something going on there. So what I tell the client to do is I asked for a little bit of information, what is it that you’re doing lately is, have you change your diet, have you been eating well, have you done something differently. Another thing I ask them is how they are feeling because you know the body, all of us connected so our hair is also are like the skin, we, we, if we’re suffering from something the hair I can automatically tell and if they are shutting sometime the person might be sick and then not well. Now when this happens what I will tell them to do is maybe they want to update their vitamin b and their biotin. Biotin is a wonderful vitamin that you use to go ahead and get healthy hair and help it grow and get a better condition. And Natsen, the company Natsen does have special vitamins for the hair that has a certain amount of biotin in it that will make the hair grow and get thicker and get nicer. Now if you were pregnant before do understand that in pregnancy you will lose some hair when you have the baby. You will shred some hair. about 90 percent or 80 percent of women are find in the, when they do come to me have lost some hair after baby. Now if you like to, you can use a Natsen cleanser, there are different kinds of Natsen products and they have so much now to choose from but depend on the degree of hair loss that you have. So for instance if you’re having a lot of hair loss just look at the numbers up here too, they have like the number 8 or 7 or 6 and it will tell you what to use so you can increase the hair and have it get thick. also use a conditioner is also wonderful.
