Hey everyone! Welcome to Tekzilla Daily. I’m Veronica Belmont. Windows comes with several default screensavers but they’re all fairly bland. Well, not anymore. I’ve got a tip for you to spice up that idle screen and you’ll even learn something new along the way.
It’s a screensaver that displays a random page for Wikipedia that changes every few seconds. Just head on over to rectanglered.com/screensaver.php and click the download link. Once it’s installed, right click on your desktop, choose Properties or Personalize if you’re in Vista, click Screensaver and you’ll see Wikipedia in your dropdown menu. You can change the—which it changes pages and you can even set it to Kill Firefox and/or IE when it activates.
