Ever since I've been a personal trainer, all of my female clients have complained about one thing, and do you want to know what it is? It's the butt.
They want to have a butt, they want their butt to look better, they want it to be rounder, they want it to be trimmer, they want all the celluloids to be gone. All of those things can be cured if you just stick through a strict training program. I can have a few bits of advice for you, that can lead you in the right direction. It's going to help you to get that nice rounder butt.
First thing first and the best move to do is just squat. All you got to do, feet straight ahead, toes forward, think that your knees want to go inline with your toes. So if you want, and you want to target more on the inner sides with the butt, you take your legs out wider. Notice my knees got an angle so your toes need to go out an angle as well.
So all you got to do, wait into the heels, sit down and then push up. Make sure you are going back. I'll make sure, I'll show a side direction, so you notice, you want to sit down and then up, okay, weight to the heels, all the way back and lift. Core is tucked in as well, so you'll notice you are heading two things at once. Get a good butt, you are good with that. Just do tons of reps, three times a week, and you will get a steady process and see some differences, some result.
Next, I can take you to a stair stepper so you can get some good cardio workout, you can tone while you are burning some calories and burn that fat as well.
My clients hate it, but I make them do it anyways. And there is this big one, stair stepper. It works the butt like no other, and this is how to get a really nicely trimmed butt. All you got to do is step on here. Now you are going to automatically have to start moving. I am going to just select, quick start to get -- get a good warm up and then your legs have to constantly keep moving, which then I mean gives you a good workout because if you stop moving, you'd notice, I go all the way down. So you have to keep pumping it through the legs, you will activate to the squats and the hamstrings, which is the back of your legs, and then in turn, start working your butt, because you are pressing through the heels to really squeeze through the glutes, and that is the way to get the best butt.
