Veronica: Summer brings with it hopes for the perfect tan, the perfect date, and the perfect look. Hi! I am Veronica of WatchMojo.com and today we are looking at some looks that will make a splash this summer season.
With the warm weather just around the corner, what are some great ideas to transition your wardrobe from the winter to the spring and summer looks?
Viviana Ramon: You can start wearing off the shoulder tees. Layering is very important. For example, wearing a tank top with a brighter color on top and a little zippy, and if you are feeling a little bit chilly, you can use colorful scarfs. Don't go straight to the mini skirt, use like longer bermudas, don't go straight to the short leggings, we have like transitional leggings.
Veronica: With the bold colors and bright prints, how do you mix and match without looking too busy?
Viviana Ramon: It's important to use a base, for example, white or light gray, and over that work your way into more layers. This would be great if you are on a date out and you want to go to the movies or have some errands to run. Yes, they are bold colors, but helping out with the basic gray, it tones down like the brightness and still looks really, really playful and really happy.
We are approaching the sun a little bit more, having it with the hoodie, it's like really, really uncomfortable, because there is always a little breeze, there is always a little bit of wind, a must to have is a good bag. This bag is perfect, for example, because you can turn it into a city bag, to a pull bag or a beach bag, and never forget your sunglasses.
Running errands when it's warm can be a little bit hectic, so this is a perfect outfit for it. When it's accessorized it adds a whole different chic look to your running errand kind of look.
So after you are tired and you are done with all your shopping and running around the mall, the best way to notch up your outfit a little bit would be adding a good chunk of bracelets, change of top. In this case we have chosen this very nice plaid top, it will go together with your shorts and your fresh look.
