How to Store Jewelry

Trish Suhr: Hey, clean housers here is a quick tip on getting your jewelry in check. Now, a lot of people say, “Oh, I’ve got it all over the place, it’s a tangled mess. Trish what do I do?”

Well, I love to think outside the box or the frame for that matter. I love picture frames. They are great source of hanging up necklaces. Anything really long, you want to keep separated. Just take some tea cup screws, space them on the top and then place your necklaces down in the middle.

Now, to make sure that you’ve got everything in check, you want to spray paint everything out, so they are unified in color. Another great tip, use screens. You know like a window screen. Stay put to the back of the picture and you can actually put your earrings right through it.

Another really fun thing to do and you know me, I love a good yard sale. Fun things that are little bit out of the ordinary like taking doors from an old China hatch, flip them around, give them a little spray painting, unify them out and you instantly jewelry and earring hangers.

Whatever you do, just remember to keep your jewelry in check. The last where you want to see me is me knocking on your doors saying what is going on.
