This bedroom of smaller size and partly clutter, small bedrooms can be a setback if you have a house for sale as buyers are typically looking forward as much space as they can get. Here are some staging tips that will pay out.
First clear everything out of the room and pack and store everything that you absolutely don’t need. Next, the bed, this will be the largest item so to maximize space, we’re going to center it in front of the window. We’re going to start layering the bed now with a pillow set that’s made from crease silk and soften with latte sway, these you need texture to blend together beautifully.
To add intimacy to just about any environment, try use bed lightings, in this case we’re using simple clip on lighting to the headboard as an easy alternative to installing this. Then I'm going to add the night stand and the table, accessorize with props such as a book, an apple paperweight, glasses and lastly a battery operated candle.
Make sure this room is well lit, I'm going to add a floor lamp to the right of the bed, Now let’s keep in mind when placing furniture and accessories, that the layout should keep everything accessible. Just take a look at this beautifully staged room.
