How to sew a dress in less than an hour

This is part 6 in the Make a Dress Series of Tutorial Making the belt and FINISHING THE DRESS!

Step 9 make the belt, fold length twice the two inch strip of material that you tore of with a belt with the right side in. and you are going to stitch the material the full length about a quarter of an inch in the tore edge and along one end. The other end you are going to leave open.

Turn the belt right side out. More tips on how to do that are in the pattern. Now follow the instructions on the pattern to pin and mark where to tack the finishing touches. Pin to show where I will tack the back skirt under the front skirt section. Pin to show where I will tack the back skirt cascade. Pin to show where I will tack the belt at the sides. Tacking the back skirt piece under the front. Doing the same at the other side. Tacking the back cascade. Tacking the belt to the sides. You’re done! Woo hoo!
