A lot of people would like to use keyboard shortcuts to make things faster in Windows. You might be familiar with Control X for example which is basically cutting text out of a document. But what if you want to create shortcuts for your favorite programs, it’s pretty simple. All you have to do is go up to them, right click on it and I want to this for internet explorer, and then go down to properties. And up in the shortcut tab, just go down here and select the shortcut key.
And typically this is Control and an Alt key combination. So I can hit Control + Alt and then I think I’m just going to use U. Let’s apply and from now on, when I want to open up internet explorer, I can just hit Control Alt and U, and again you can do that for any program that you like.
The ultimate guide to getting your business connected with technology. Hosts Mike Agerbo, AJ Vickery and their team of correspondents look at what's hot in tech and why.
