Hi I’m Davide Megna with Amici Miei Ristoranti of Rockville Maryland. We are making the ravioli today, porcini and shrimp ravioli and we are getting ready to plate them, so we already to sauté them and we’re going to plate the ravioli now.
We prepare about eight for each serving and that’s a general serving and I’m going to put the ravioli all around and accommodate the tomatoes right in the middle. Simply garnish with a couple of basil leaves and that’s how we make ravioli.
We are going to suggest to pair this dish with a nice chardonnay. A chardonnay wine is a nice body of flavor and that goes very, very well with shrimp and porcini mushroom, as well with a fresh tomato sauce we made for the Ravioli.
