It’s easy to forget your back until you’re in pain. But working these muscles daily can help you sculpt a tone to your of view and of what the perils of that pain. Start by mastering the “swimming move”. First, by facing down on the mat then lift your arms and legs off the mat and clap them together, moving your arms and feet together and then apart, engaging the abs to stabilize the torso.
Continue to clap to 6 to 8 beats and then lower down. To make it harder, switch the motion and bend your elbows like your doing a breast stroke and then the knees touching the heels together and then apart. In addition to strengthening and sculpting the back, this move tones your shoulders, butt and thighs. I guess that’s how swimmers get their bodies, right?
