I have a piece of data here in OpenOffice Calc that I've done a lot of formatting to, I've changed the text orientation, the color, I've added a color underline and I really just want to get it back to its original way it looked when I inputted it. So there’s really an easy way to do that, simply click to select that cell, make it the active cell and if you have a number of cells, then you could click and drag all of the ones that you want to get back to the default. So go ahead and click on that cell, right-click and then at the very top of the shortcut menu is default formatting, go ahead and click on that. And as you could see, it quickly takes all those changes away and takes them back to the original default. It’s a really quick way to restore any default formatting to any text or number within you OpenOffice Calc.
