To resize a title in Title Designer, use your selection tool from the toolbox. Click on the title that you want to resize and then move down to a size and handle with your mouse and you’re going to see that you have a double-headed arrow. You can then grab a hold, go ahead and click on that size and the handle, and you can go ahead and you can move it in, you can move it out, you can move it down, you can move it outwards, whatever you need to do to get the size that you want. You can also do the side resizing handles or the top and bottom. So make it the size that you want and then go ahead and click off of it to unselect it. And that’s how you resize the title in the Title Designer in Adobe Premiere.
