How to Remove Deodorant Marks and Stains

Rhiannon Ally: Have you ever planned to wear an outfit and then once you put it on, you have to start all over again because it’s been ruined by sweat stains, deodorant stains or just completely wrinkled. Don’t be embarrassed, it’s happened to all of us.

Rhiannon Ally: Yes. We’ve all been there. We’ve had the white stains on our shirt, but now you have products that will eliminate that.

Michelle Nadhok: So the first one is garment guards. You know when you have like a nice silk shirt you put on and you’re sweating all around and it gets a nice little mark.

Rhiannon Ally: Especially going in the summer?

Michelle Nadhok: Right, going to summer. So, don’t throw your silk just use a garment guard. What this does is they stick on the inside of your clothes and so, it absorbs any sweat you might have.

Rhiannon Ally: And you can’t see them.

Michelle Nadhok: You can’t see them and you throw them away at the end. Also save some dry clean.

Rhiannon Ally: Nice1!

Michelle Nadhok: And speaking of dry cleaners, Madame Paulette is one of the fanciest dry cleaners in New York. It’s very fancy. And what they’ve done though is they’ve created a kit to get out different stains. So say you’re in a picnic and you’re like, “oops! I got ketchup on my white dress.” What will you do? You have this and what they have is they have pre-treated clothes, this are them and they have the recipe on here for how to fix each one. So like you get chocolate, you used the R, the one and then the two.

Rhiannon Ally: Wow!

Michelle Nadhok: So they have the whole just different solutions to get out different stains.

Rhiannon Ally: So, take that with you if you’re going to party or something.

Michelle Nadhok: Right.

Rhiannon Ally: It will get out even red wine and things like that.

Michelle Nadhok: Everything, chocolate, coffee, creamy tomato sauce, eyeliner, French dressing so they have a huge menu of things that you can spell on yourself and get it out.

Rhiannon Ally: What a great idea.

Michelle Nadhok: Yeah!

Rhiannon Ally: Okay, the next one, we’ve all wanted to put on that shirt that we’ve maybe worn before and then find it smells.

Michelle Nadhok: So this is from a Tide that’s new and called Swash. And this is kind of like for breeze for your clothes. So what you do is you basically just open it up and you get on the part that smells and like you just let the air out for a few minutes, come back to it, smells fresh.

Rhiannon Ally: It does smell fresh.

Michelle Nadhok: It smells fresh, safe on dry clean too because sometimes you don’t need to wash it necessarily, you just need to freshen it up.

Rhiannon Ally: Yeah and I love that because sometimes you just have little spots that maybe smelling.

Michelle Nadhok: Right. And the worse is when you smell yourself like is that me, and this one is a dewrinkler and what you do is you just spray it and then you just pull and the wrinkles just come out.

Rhiannon Ally: No more ironing. I love it.

Michelle Nadhok: There is no time to iron.

Rhiannon Ally: Now, one of the biggest problems is that you get those deodorant marks on your shirt.

Michelle Nadhok: Right. Then you’re like I’ve got to start over. This is from Gal Pal. This is a especial design sponge to get the deodorant marks out. It’s got like a friction so it pulls them right out, so you don’t have to change.

Rhiannon Ally: That’s amazing.

Michelle Nadhok: And what if your cat jumps on you while you’re dressed in a black outfit, they also have this Lint Mitts. So, you just put them on, peel it off and then you can do it yourself.

Rhiannon Ally: And you know what I like about this because lint rollers don’t always work.

Michelle Nadhok: Right. You just pat.

Rhiannon Ally: What a great little—.

Michelle Nadhok: Right. And then, something like you put on your favorite jeans and some days they’re too tight and some days they’re too loose.

Rhiannon Ally: Let’s have there to loose.

Michelle Nadhok: So it will give you an extra button. This is an Adjust-A-Button and what you does, is you can snap-in, like they have tie tacks, you snap and you get snap it in different areas so you can either add or loose an inch to inch and half.

Rhiannon Ally: That’s amazing. So you can just snap it right on there and none would be able to tell.

Michelle Nadhok: Right. Even great if you loose the button that’s a great solution as well.
