Lise Simms: Hi again, I’m Lise Simms here at five facts about kitchen cabinets. Fact number one, the five ways to go, cabinets they are the biggest decisions you are going to make in a kitchen renovation. And so what do you do? Costume or stock, do you want traditional or do you want model? Do you want hardwood doors or liniment doors or glass doors don’t panic and don’t rebut your cabinet just yet, just take a quick look. Or are they sturdy, are they in good shape? Are they made out of solid wood? If you really actually like the lay out because if you do they might be worth rephrasing. Fact number two repair and reface, it’s the simplest and most affordable solution. Re-phasing is where to keep your original cabinets intact and then new doors and front are added. Here’s the big benefit, re-phasing can cause up to 40% less then installing new cabinets. Starting around $3500 plus they come into your kitchen start to finish in about three to five days. And the options will stand with you. Everything from all the options you have new hardwood cabinets to metals and textures it’s amazing. Fact number three costumes and semi-costume okay I know your go for the whole ensalada you are getting new cabinets on you which means you get to decide between costume, semi-costume and stock. Okay, costume cabinets are obviously just that costume. They are built to your specification and measurements either on site by a carpenter or the costume cabinet tree shop. Since the materials and designs are wide ranging the costume cabinet tray is also the most expensive and it has the longest delivery time but its still if budget not a issue I mean why not. It’s a great way to get the exact look and features that you want. Semi-costume cabinet is also built to buyers specifications but in predetermine the increments usually three inches. Now that means they occasionally have to use a space to fill some of the empty gap here or there and that means you loss a little storage space. Also the color and features as not as wide ranging as costume cabinet tray but still I’m going to terrific look with semi-costume cabinets. Fact number four stock cabinet tray, it’s the less expensive new cabinet tree on the market it is premade, it has standard sizes and it’s suppose to be in stock terrific. However quality can really here, on the low here and you have particle board in everything. In the mid range you have particle board boxes and solid wood doors and on the high end solid wood throughout so it’s a give and take here for sure but the whole lot of fun hit options available in stock cabinet tray. Fact number five cabinet accessories, it’s time to look at your storage situation and find out what added features might make your kitchen more usable? So do you love to bake? Do you need a place to store those ponds or sheet trays? How about to pull outdoors for your pots and ponds, I owned them I love them. Or maybe you need a lazy Susan to get into a tight corner. You have to look out for built in spice rocks, nice blocks, flat or trays or so many terrific organizing components out there to make your cooking, cleaning and your storage more efficient. Listen the best part is there are endless options available; the worst part is they’re endless options available. I know just do your research you will find the cabinets that are right for you. Next time you need five facts to make your dream kitchen of reality you know where to come right here to me, Lise Simms I’ll see you next time.
