Hi! I am Thom Filicia from Dress My Nest and I am here to answer some of your e-mails and dispel some common myths.
Roseanne from Aurora, Illinois writes my two daughters live here between semesters; I would like to use their bedrooms as spare rooms when they are gone. How can I incorporate what they have left behind without making guest feel like they are sleeping in someone else's bed?
Roseanne here is what I'd recommend, just start two sets of bedding, one for your daughters that's absolutely fabulous and speaks volume about their personality and then a separate set for each bed that's absolutely sumptuous and inviting and luxurious that your guests just won't want to leave. And this is my second bit of advice. Give your daughters all the things they need to organize their closet and their drawers, if you know what I am saying and then they load their stuff in and when they are out of there, they load it out. Now you have got two great tastes in one candy bar.
