Janine: This is through the cones game that you can play it by yourself. I am going to try and get through as many cones as I can with the least amount of touches. So I am going to send it through each set of cones here and count how many passes it takes me, then I can try and beat that score. All we do is passing on the inside, that’s good. You can go from either ends of the cones so that’s two shots for me so far and that’s three shots. Not good, I will sit that one back up, it was on the outside. Five shots, six, we got to get through each set, seven, eight, so I have this last set here, nine, inside of the cone counts as in.
Now I can try to beat that score on my next round. Right now he is on three, well that is tough on the air around there, that’s five, every touch counts. He is working just on accuracy passing, proper technique. He can also do this off the dribble by taking one or two touches and make -- involve a little bit more movement and then play it through. I am going to use my stopwatch, Doug is going to go through and then I try to beat his time. Ready Doug, go, he is going as fast as he can. He has got to wait for the ball to stop, he can go through either way on the count. That’s 20 seconds Doug and now the accurate you are, the faster you will be able to get through it, 35.
