We are going to work on our dive play. Dive Play is a situation where you are asking an Infielder to make a tremendous or an outstanding play and the only way to do that is to be able to get up off your feet, after you made the dive and get the ball on it’s way.
So, we are going to work on is our reaction time in terms of getting up. Adams is going to work with us, his going to work to his left on the dive and the job for him is to stretch it out hop up and square himself to First Base as quick as we can.
It is a work out that he can do on his own just to work on his reaction time. You can work with the number of players if you like. If you got 8 or 10, it is a very fast pace, fast moving. It all depends on how you like it.
Let us take a look, get, dive, good very nice. Go, stretch it out, hop up good. He is really working hard in getting back to his feet. Ready, get it… good get up, get up, get up that is it. Creep, stretch it out, get up make the throw.
