Male Speaker: You put a lot of effort into the videos you make, so shouldn't that YouTube channel that you show them on be equally as impressive. On this video I'm going to show you how to give your YouTube channel a makeover.
For this project you could be as creative as you want but if you don't feel like being creative and you just want to use cool looking template that's already been made you can find some excellent ones at ytlayouts.net. You can browse through their selection and download which ever one you want to use. Another good resource for finding YouTube templates is mytubedesing.com if you don't like to ytlayouts as.
Optionally if you don't like either one of their sites you can create your own, just download the YouTube template from here, unzip it and open it up using an advanced photo editors such as Photoshop, Gimp, or Paint.net. Then you can add as many designs and colors that you want. Whenever you've got your background selected here is how you can upload it.
Log into your YouTube account from your profile page select the themes and colors tab, first click on the color scheme that is the closest match to the background you created then click on show advanced options and under background image click delete to delete the current image. Now you can click the upload button to upload your new background. Now you can set the transparency to about 50% and then rename it and click save changes, that's it, now its time to show off your master. So if you add over to this website www.youtube.com/t/creators_downloads you can find banners that you can use to promote your YouTube profile.
Just download whichever once you want and either attached to email or uploaded it to your website.
