Travis Steffen: This is Travis Steffen for workoutbox.com. Today we are going to be going over a manual resistance movement with a little bit of an aerobic component called the burpee. As you can see I am going to be standing, I am going to progress down into a plank pose and then I am going to stand back up. There are a few variations to this movement to make it a little bit more difficult if you are having an easy time with this, such as the addition of a pushup and vertical jump.
I am going to be doing is adding a pushup at the bottom, like so, and then adding a vertical jump, reaching to the ceiling at the top. All these does is it provides a little bit more of an intense aerobic component as well as an addition of some more full body resistance movements.
