Female: Hey Dick, you have got a lot of stuff for some to day hike.
Dick: It is not really
Female: Really?
Dick: These are very essential items that you should have with you at anytime and you will see why and remember that a lot of these are covered in another sections of the DVD in more detail. So here, I will start with this since I have it in my hand, a little headlamp, instead of a flashlight it is much more versatile, many more things that you can do with it and it works much better in the variety of ways. Sunglasses, you do not want to be without most of the time because you can do essential harm to your eyes without them. The compass of course goes without saying helping it find your way and here is some toilet paper.
Female: And is it not they are natural remedies that we also cover, right?
Dick: There it is, right. And bug dope, it is always good to have a little extra bottle with you just in case you really run into a lot of them. The cup, so useful; but not only for drinking out of but for cooking, for keeping things hot by the fire and so on. Of course, chord with all its different purposes. It may be just initially to tie something on to your pack, the water bottle, I think that goes without saying you do not want to get dehydrated above all thing. Small first aid kit, bandage and couple other little items and the ever-loving bug shirt. If it gets really bad.
Female: I really enjoy this one.
Dick: Right, and some flakes for snack, and the garbage bags for survival, all the different things that they can do.
Female: It is amazing. They might be using it as you can play.
Dick: A pad to sit on in case the ground is damp or uncomfortable and then the hat goes with me everywhere. You cannot beat it.
