All you need right now is just to open your mind, open your heart a little bit to think about and consider those areas in your home where you might find some unruly papers. Go ahead and grab a piece of paper and a pen and jot down some notes as we talk about, what typically happens when people come home at end of the day.
In most homes, you find papers stacking up at the entrance way right by the front door, dining room table, kitchen table, home office space, by the desk, at the computer; this is common.
What happens is most people come home, they’ve got the mail, they’ve got the kids, they’ve got the cell phone, the dinner; what do you do with the papers? Just toss them where it’s convenient. Pretty soon it just stacks and stacks and stacks, and you’ve got weeks of piles and weeks of papers, and you just feel overwhelmed. What a lot of people do, when they have company coming over, they do the great paper bag disappearing trick, I think you know what I mean.
You shut those stacks into a great big paper bag and throw it in the spare bedroom and close the door and walk away.
