Okay, so we are moving on to the legs now. Just starting off with the --
Nicola Doe: Effleurage.
Vicky Letch: Effleurage. I will remember that during the day. Again, going towards the heart.
Nicola Doe: Pressure towards the heart and then lighter on the way down.
Vicky Letch: Okay.
Nicola Doe: So long straightened movements, squeezing the calf, squeezing up to the thigh, and then right down.
Vicky Letch: Again, when I think of massage, I always automatically think about knots in the back and relaxing the back. I pretty think about getting knots in your legs or in the thigh?
Nicola Doe: It's more of helping to reduce fluid retention in the legs and also it helps to relieve aches and pains in muscles as well.
So massaging the calves in the palmer kneading movement.
Nicola Doe: To support the ankle and just pressurize that through the movements.
Vicky Letch: Would this help someone if they suffer a lot from cramps, because I know people who do suppose to get oil since they get cramps, this is just relaxing those muscles.
Nicola Doe: Yes.
Vicky Letch: Okay, so teach me how to do this.
Nicola Doe: Okay. We are going to go straight up to the top of the legs.
Vicky Letch: Okay. So thumb here?
Nicola Doe: That's it, the thumb here and you go up.
Vicky Letch: Adrian, does it feel awake, when it gets to your hair?
Male Speaker: No.
Vicky Letch: He can't think straight any more and when you go up, do you come right down?
Nicola Doe: Yes, go up, up to the thigh, tie-in your hands, like a --
Vicky Letch: I don't want to end to him.
Nicola Doe: So we can go up, squeeze in, squeeze in, turn the hands, push away and then back down, open your hands up and come down.
Vicky Letch: And then back down, okay.
Adrian: You can go harder, if you wish.

Nicola Doe: Always make sure you got enough oil on because especially if you have a gentleman, the hair will friction against the skin, so just make him more comfortable, more oil.
Vicky Letch: Yeah.
Nicola Doe: And always again up towards the heart and just check the pressure as well.
Vicky Letch: Yes, because I wasn't good at that. I am not fluidity of movement, so you can't take your hands off.
