CinéBistro is different because you can have a drink in theatre and get a little rutty if you
like I guess.

I’ve been bartending for 13 years in the Vail and CinéBistro is definitely a unique
experience. It’s something different and it’s exciting to have something new like this in
Vail.

We can order a drink at the bar and bring in to the theatre if you’d like or if you go into
the theatre you do have us over there to help you out. And we also have a full bar so we
can serve you whatever you like on the menu.

One of the things we try to do here at CinéBistro is main drinks after movies that are
coming out. It’s pretty good and set some vodka, grapefruit, sour mint, yeah it’s
definitely nice to watch a movie with a glass of wine or a bottle of wine in front of the
movie. Let’s make the Plum signature cocktail. Let’s start out with a little bit of stoli
rasp, triple spec in there, sour mix, a little sprite, shake it off. Top it off with a little
Chambord to make it sparkle.

This is the signature Plum martini cocktail.
